The build
The existing lanai stopped six feet from the pool, leaving a strip of tired concrete between the screen and the water.
We removed the concrete, extended the deck in shell-tone pavers that match the coping, and reworked the pitch so a summer downpour clears the deck instead of pooling at the screen track.
Sandy subgrade got separation fabric and heavy edge restraint at every open edge to stop long-term spread.
