Do you work on waterfront properties on Lake Winnipesaukee?
Yes. We build patios, walkways and granite steps on lakefront and lake-view properties throughout the Lakes Region. We factor shoreland rules, slopes and drainage into every design.
Can you do the project while I'm not at the lake house?
Yes. Many of our lake clients own second homes. We handle the work and keep you updated with photos and calls.
How do you keep a patio from heaving in the winter?
By digging deep enough, installing and compacting a proper gravel base in layers, and building in drainage. Most failed patios we see were built on too little base.
Is the estimate really free?
Yes. We'll look at the site, talk through what you want, and give you a clear number.
